We are a short walk from Roman Bridge station on the Conwy Valley line. This connects with the coast serving London, Ireland, Manchester, Scotland mainline services. Also connects with Sherpa S1 for Snowdon Pen-y-Pass and Caernarvon

Can the kitchen accommodate larger groups?

The kitchen is fully equiped for self-catering. As well as appliances, we provide pots, pans, kitchen knives, cutlery and all day to day items needed for guests. Available to hire are Water Boiler, Bravalor Coffee Filter/Warmer and Bean to Cup Coffee appliances. Please check for specifics

Is there any separate accommodation for Instructors?

If you wish to sleep clients and instructors in their own space, we have a self-contained studio available for hire which is listed on Airbnb.

Is this suitable for Film Locations and Crew Accommodation?

We have hosted Production Teams who appreciated the large car park suitable for non articulated lorries and single deck buses. There is also be seperate accomodation for Crew and Management or Actors and Crew

There are locations we can direct you to but you would need to check access and suitability for yourself. Our river is suitable as a 'plunge' pool outside of adverse/heavy rain conditions.

Retreat and Venue Hire

We provide the ideal setting for you to host your own residential groups for Yoga, Qigong, Culture & Arts, Wim Hof, Cycling, Running, Climbing, Holiday Tours and many more activities. Set in the middle of nowhere but at the centre of everything!

Sleeeeeps!

Great sleep is paramount. The 3 Bedrooms (4th by 2024) within a 17c barn are EMF-Free Sleep Sanctuaries. All linen is Hotel grade cotton, laundered in our Mountain River water and line dried when possible. Detergents are plant based bio degradable. Toppers, Duvets and Pillows too are Hotel grade using non allergenic, hollow fibre polyester.

Bunks are hand crafted, squeak and rattle free.

This is our location, at the heart of Snowdonia's rivers and forests yet a short drive from restaurants on one of the UK's finest routes for touring, cycling and motorbike adventures.

Local partners offer professional Rock Climbing, Caving and Gorge Walking challenges. Walks and wild swimming nearby, much without the need of a car and the train is a short walk. It reaches the coast and connects to Scotland, Ireland, Manchester Airport and London.
